RULES FOR ENTERING THE BRAZILIAN AIRSPACE FOR TRAFFIC INBOUND FROM ASUNCIÓN FIR OR LA PAZ FIR

1 PRELIMINARY ARRANGEMENTS
|
|
|
The purpose of this AIC (Aeronautical Information Circular) is to establish and disseminate specific rules for traffic under visual flight rules (VFR) inbound from Asunción FIR or La Paz FIR intending to enter the Brazilian Airspace.
|
|
|
This Circular is of mandatory use and applies to VFR aircraft inbound from Asunción FIR or La Paz FIR intending to enter the Brazilian Airspace.
|
|
|
|
|
2.1. The instructions provided in this AIC complement the Regulations in force.
|
|
|
2.2. The procedures established by Operating Agreements continue in force.
|
|
|
2.3. All VFR traffic inbound from Asunción FIR intending to enter the Brazilian Airspace must necessarily enter one of the following corridors:
